Pan-Fried Fish
Ingredients:
fresh fish sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
dry bread or cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. butter
1. Rub 1 Tbsp. olive oil onto fish.. (Don't have too much fun with this,
that would be weird.)
2. Roll the fish into the bread-crumbs.
4. Heat olive oil and butter in a saute pan.
5. Cook fish, turning once, until just opaque.
6. Serve hot with rice.
