Herbed Goat Cheese

I know, embarrassingly simple, but, every time I make this dip people ask for the recipe. Thank you to
Carol for this addicting spread.

Ingredients:

soft goat cheese
fresh basil  to taste (no, dried won't do the trick)

How:

Mince the basil then mix it in with the goat cheese.

Serve with bread or crackers.

Bleat (that's goat for yum)
