Banana Bread 350 F
9 x 5 greased loaf pan
Cream together:
1/4 cup butter, room temperature
1 cup sugar
Add:
1 egg, room temperature
3 large bananas (ripe - spotted black)
Sift together and add to the wet ingredients:
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
Bake until a toothpick inserted comes out clean, about 1 hour and 15 min.
